The hockey is looking great, better each week.

Our focus now needs to be on our teamwork and positioning. Everyone should by now know the basics of defensive and offensive (attacking) strategies.

We will be concentrating on defense over the next few weeks. If you're not sure what the box zone defence is, have a look at http://www.thirdphasedesign.com/lbrhc/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=36 or ask your coach (we don't bite!)

We'll be working on this in training too.
